These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Your Denture Man website (yourdentureman.com.au) and the dental prosthetist services provided by Hussein Ali Mourad ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Your Denture Man provides dental prosthetist services, including but not limited to:

• Full and partial dentures
• Implant-retained dentures
• Denture repairs and relines
• Consultations and assessments

Services are provided at various partner dental clinics across Sydney and NSW, as well as at our laboratory in Dulwich Hill.

3. Professional Qualifications

Hussein Ali Mourad is a qualified dental prosthetist (not a dentist) with an Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics. As a dental prosthetist, services are limited to the design, construction, fitting, and maintenance of dental prostheses (dentures). We do not provide general dental services, extractions, or other dental treatments that require a registered dentist.

• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary

Fees for services will be provided in a written quote following your initial consultation. Payment terms and accepted methods will be discussed at the time of service. Prices are subject to change and any quote provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
