Start with an assessment

Understand the problem before choosing the repair.

Hussein assesses the damage, the fit and the condition of your existing denture. He'll explain the work that may help, what it involves and the expected timing before you decide.

  • Cracked or broken denture bases
  • Chipped or missing denture teeth
  • Broken clasps on partial dentures
  • Dentures that feel loose or no longer fit comfortably
A clear way forward

From the first call to a plan.

  1. Tell me what happened

Call or request an appointment. Describe the damage or change in fit, and mention your preferred clinic.

  2. Bring your denture

Bring the denture and any detached pieces. Hussein will examine it and discuss your concerns.

  3. Agree on the next step

You will receive an explanation of the suitable options, a quote and an expected timeframe before proceeding.

Loose fit, rather than a break?

Your mouth can change over time. A reline adjusts the fitting surface of an existing denture; a repair addresses damage. Hussein can assess whether either is suitable, or whether it is time to discuss a replacement.

Can my broken denture be repaired?

Cracked or broken bases, chipped or missing denture teeth and broken clasps can be assessed for repair. The right approach depends on the damage and the condition of the denture. Hussein will explain whether a repair, reline or replacement is appropriate after assessing it.

How soon can I have it repaired?

Call first to explain what has happened and check availability. Timing depends on the damage, the work required and where you are seen. Hussein will discuss a timeframe after assessing the denture; a same-day repair cannot be promised in advance.

What should I bring?

Bring your current denture and any detached pieces, along with any relevant dental records and your list of medications. Let Hussein know when the problem started and whether the fit has changed.

Is a reline the same as a repair?

A repair addresses damage to the denture, such as a crack or broken tooth. A reline changes the fitting surface of an existing denture to help it sit against the gums as your mouth changes. An assessment helps establish which option suits your situation.
